KUBINKA, Moscow Region, Aug 22 (PRIME) -- Russia builds a really independent economic system as a response to sanctions to eliminate excessive openness in the sphere and the use of international infrastructure without a strong necessity, Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseyev said on Wednesday.
“I think that a good enough response (to the sanctions) is to build a really independent internal financial system which is in no way dependent on the global financial system,” he said.
Moiseyev added that Russia’s financial system should communicate with the global system at least in terms of settlements for the state to stay an active participant of international trade.
